The first grade stalwart enjoyed a stellar season that included his maiden first grade century, 161 not out, in round three.
He followed this up with another century in round 12.
The left-handed batsman scored 798 runs, averaging 40, in all formats of the game, in the two-day, one-day and T20 fixtures.
He also managed 28 wickets, including his maiden first grade five wicket haul, which included a hat-trick. His bowling average was 21.
Other player of the year winners were: second grade, Matt Baden; third grade, Riley Orr; fourth grade, Steve Wark; and fifth grade Paul Witherly.
The 2014-15 Sydney Cricket Association season starts late September.
St George Cricket Club will have dates soon for pre-season training.
The club’s annual general meeting/dinner
will be held at 6pm, Tuesday, July 8, at Oasis/Lily Rooms, Club Rivers, 32 Littleton Street, Riverwood.
